The  Process Analyst at AllPoints Fibre will work within a core domain of the business to develop a deep understanding its strategic goals. We are looking for someone who has previously worked as Lead or Senior Process Analyst. In the role you will be working independently across projects and as member of a project team to lead the design, analysis, and documentation of business processes. We require experience in a similar role as this person will lead and support other Process Analysts working on projects within their domain.

What you will be doing:

Process Optimisation:

• Lead the process optimisation efforts within their domain, implementing a proactive approach to continuous process improvement

Process Modelling:

• Contribute to establishing best practice approach to Process Analysis
• Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand as-is and to-be processes
• Accurately document processes (typically using BPMN)
• Collaborate with other Business Analysts and Process Analysts to ensure clear interaction between processes
• Support and clarify processes as required

Supporting Go Live (as required):

• Produce Knowledge Articles, Training Material, and Work instructions
• Support testing

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have worked on large projects as senior or lead Process Analyst and have a detailed understanding of BPMN and other process modelling approaches. In addition we are looking for demonstrable experience implementing continuous process improvement and an individual with a natural affinity with stakeholder management and relationship building.

An understanding of Aris, Lucid, and Confluence would be beneficial but are not essential, training can be provided.
