The Senior Network Security Engineer at AllPoints Fibre joins our dynamic Cyber Security team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding our infrastructure and ensuring the security of our digital assets. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust security tooling and systems . You will also play a key role in providing design assurance to our internal projects and stakeholders. This position requires a forward-thinking individual who can stay ahead of evolving threats and contribute to the continuous improvement of our security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage advanced security tools, systems and controls across our hybrid infrastructure.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and promote a robust security culture across the company by being a security SME and winning hearts and minds.
• Work with multiple projects throughout their life cycle to ensure good security practices and secure by design systems.
• Assist in the design and execution of vulnerability and risk assessments, penetration tests, and security audits.
• Be a champion for regulatory compliance, being suitably informed on the likes of ISO27K, NIST, TSA
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the security of our network infrastructure aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members and stakeholders where applicable.
• Self Development to stay up to date with industry trends across various silos of technology, IT, Networks, Security, Cloud

 About you:

We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer who can advise and guide the business through design assurance. This is a broad role that would suit someone excited by innovation and professional evolution.

• Azure Security & MS 365 Security : IAM, PIM,MFA, SSO, Enterprise Applications, Entra ID(Azure AD)
• AWS Security 
• Defender for endpoint, Defender for cloud 
• Vulnerability management (Qualys), Pentesting scoping and remediation
• Email security (MS365, Tessian, Proofpoint)
