Graduate Sales and Marketing Administrator
We are recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Administrator and would welcome applications from Graduates in the Reading area.
The role would suit some with an insight into Sales and Marketing reporting and analysis. You will be someone with a keen desire to be proactive and take a driven approach to help continuously improve efficiency and maximise quality output from the commercial team.
Role Overview
The Sales and Marketing Administrator at AllPoints Fibre plays a vital role in supporting and streamlining both Sales and Marketing operations. This role in involves managing reporting dashboards, maintaining client data, organising campaigns, visualising results and helping drive our events to completion.
Completing a range of sales and marketing administration tasks along the way, this varied role will allow you to develop your existing skills and explore career progression within either discipline.
Responsibilities
- Sales Reporting and Insights: Develop and manage reporting requirements, creating dashboards and visualisations that summarise key insights, trends, and performance metrics for both Sales and Marketing.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to provide support for campaigns, events, and reporting on Marketing ROI. Work with our account managers to support them with sales quotes, fibre availability data washes and project coordination.
- CRM Management: Own the data quality, updates, and reporting within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner Onboarding: Assist in the seamless onboarding process for new customers, supporting Sales in delivering an exceptional experience.
- Sales Commissions: Oversee the administration of the sales incentive schemes, ensuring smooth execution.
- Purchase Orders: Manage purchase orders, ensuring timely processing and communication.
