Our interview process
Once we’ve reviewed your application and believe there could be a match, a member of our friendly Talent Acquisition team will be in touch to talk about the next steps.

Interview stages
Our interview process usually has two stages:
1. A call over Microsoft Teams.
This a chance for us to get to know you a bit and give you more insight into the role and the team.
2. A full interview session
You’ll visit one of our offices or meet virtually with the hiring team. This will give you a sense of what it might be like to work here and a chance to showcase your skills.

A skills-based, bias-busting process

Thomas Assess
Thomas Assess is a clever people science platform that helps us reduce unconscious bias and better understand how you tick.
Thomas is intuitive and easy to use, and you’ll get a personalised summary of your results, which you can use for your own growth – whether you end up joining us or not.
Adjustments we can offer
We understand everyone’s needs are different, so we'll do our best to accommodate them. If there are any adjustments we can make to ensure your interview experience is more comfortable or accessible, please let us know in advance.

- Step-free access
Our offices all offer wheelchair accessibility, including entrances, restrooms, and meeting rooms. - Accessible parking and directions
Request accessible parking or any additional clear directions to the interview location. - Support person or service animal
We facilitate the use of a support person or service animal. - Flexible scheduling and extended time
Interviews can be scheduled at times to suit your needs, including outside standard working hours if necessary. - Interview format and communication methods
We can make adjustments between verbal and written communications. We use meeting platforms that allow for captioning tools. Let us know if you prefer ‘Camera off’ meetings. - Alternative formats for materials
Interview materials can be sent in accessible formats like large print. - Breaks during long Interviews
If you will need a break during the interview, please let us know and we can accommodate that. - Practice or Test Calls
If you would like Talent Acquisition to complete a test run of the video platform and troubleshoot technical issues that can be arranged. - Sound and Light AdjustmentsSome of our offices can offer quiet rooms for noise sensitivity or an area to sit quietly before or after meetings. Our meeting rooms have adjustable light levels.

Once all interviews are complete, we’ll be in touch with the outcome. If you’re successful, we’ll talk you through next steps and you can start celebrating.
