Product Manager
We are looking for an experiences Product Manager with expert knowledge of Ethernet to ensure our product delivers an amazing partner experience.
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager (VAS), the Ethernet Product Manager is responsible for delivering a harmonised Ethernet product portfolio with amazing customer service wrap across multiple carriers.
In this role, you will input into the strategy that goes into the development of a product and responsible for specifying requirements for its productization, GTM strategy, commercial proposition and in life management of the product.
The Ethernet Product Manager will work closely with the Senior Product Manager (VAS) and Product Manager (CX) to ensure the product delivers that amazing Partner experience and is future-proofed for Valued Added Services.
The Ethernet Product Manager will work collaboratively with the broader commercial function alongside the Delivery, Order Management, Platform Operations Centre, Network, System and Sales teams.
- Managing every aspect of a product's development from conception to completion
- Focus on optimum L2C and T2R journeys collaborating with Order Management, Platform Operations Centre and Product Manager (CX)
- Assessing and identifying product opportunities to determine which are worth pursuing
- Polling Partners and assessing market demand to ensure validity of every aspect of the Ethernet product both active and planned
- Accountable for the development of the Ethernet product roadmap that will be published to our customers and the market
- Determining the right features for a product to ensure its effectiveness within the market
- Identifying and defining the target customer's needs and using this information to develop relevant products
- Oversee product strategy development and defining the steps required to bring the product to fruition
- In-life trading vs budget
- Determine the GTM and commercial proposition to drive growth and increased penetration across the UK footprint
- Focusing on developing API first and automated interactions to drive volume in a wholesale market
- Driving best practice governance and product in life management
- Working with key strategic partners to launch high quality high bandwidth products
About you:
We are seeking someone with an inside knowledge of the telecoms market, able to support the Ethernet product journeys in detail. You will be customer driven and experienced in defining product requirements.
