Release Analyst
The Release Analyst at AllPoints Fibre Networks will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, reliable delivery of software releases across our technology platforms. Acting as the glue between engineering, QA, operations, and suppliers, you’ll coordinate end-to-end release activity, manage lower environments, and ensure all deployments are executed with precision, governance, and minimal risk.

What you will be doing:
Supporting the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of software releases
Maintaining and managing the release calendar to ensure alignment across teams
Coordinating release readiness activities, ensuring all entry and exit criteria are met
Providing hands-on support during release windows, managing issues and escalations
Facilitating system changes into lower environments (Dev, Test, UAT)
Acting as a key point of coordination between engineering, QA, operations, and suppliers
Supporting test data management, ensuring secure, compliant, and timely data provision
Driving releases through the change management process, ensuring governance standards are met
Communicating release plans, risks, and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Identifying opportunities to improve release processes, reduce risk, and increase efficiency
About you:
You’re a proactive and detail-oriented Release Analyst (or similar) with a passion for quality, governance, and delivery.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and you’re confident coordinating across multiple teams while keeping things organised and on track. You bring strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a drive to continuously improve processes.
Your Skills:
2–3 years’ experience in release management, deployment, or IT operations
Strong understanding of release governance, change management, and deployment planning
Experience supporting test environments and environment coordination
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and risk management
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release automation tools
Nice to have:
Exposure to Agile or ITIL frameworks
Experience with tools such as Jira, Git, ServiceNow
Knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., AWS)
Experience working with third-party suppliers or telecoms environments
